Program Management/Subject Matter Experts

The Symyx Project Manager / Subject Matter Expert will be your primary point of contact to coordinate and represent Symyx services including:

  1. Project Scoping
  2. Issue Triage and Symyx trouble ticket coordination
  3. Single point of responsibility and communication for Symyx
  4. Maintain current knowledge of the customer technology systems, business and validation processes and corporate culture
  5. Coordinate Symyx resources needed for Implementation and Deployment
  6. Provide broad scientific application knowledge
  7. Facilitates resource allocation for all services programs
  8. Manage Symyx resource capacity for Program planning
  9. Coordinate and Co-author project documents such as design and functional specification
  10. Manage all Symyx deliverables including schedules, expenses, budgets, and resources
  11. Drives technical discussions and testing
