ISIS/Host supports Symyx's enhanced stereochemical representation. Structures can be registered with precise information about the configuration of all the stereogenic centers within the structure.

ISIS/Host supports the Symyx enhanced stereochemical representation and provides:

• Full database searching – 2D and 3D molecule, polymer, reaction, and relational
• Heterogeneous database integration
• Access to the Symyx commercial structure and reaction databases

ISIS/Host can read and write to Symyx Direct databases, simplifying the upgrade of corporate cheminformatics systems to use Oracle data cartridge technology.

• Expand information systems: Build databases containing structures, reactions, polymers, and mixtures with no restrictions on the size of structures that can be registered and searched.
• Utilize the most extensive set of search techniques: Search structure, reaction, and relational databases using any of the following search types: substructure, flexible exact match, similarity, Rgroup, 2D/3D, polymer, reaction substructure, formula, numeric, and text.
• Uses the same database format as Symyx Direct: Upgrade systems to data cartridge technology using Symyx Direct while continuing to use existing applications.
