Researchers link between GeneGo databases and DiscoveryGate®
The GeneGo (www.genego.com) databases for systems biology and pathway analysis (MetaCore™ and MetaDrug™) are now linked with the synthesis, sourcing and bioactivity databases on the DiscoveryGate® platform.
MetaCore is a unique, curated database of human protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions, transcription factors, signalling and metabolic pathways and the effects of bioactive molecules. MetaDrug is a systems pharmacology platform that predicates human drug metabolism, potential toxicities and mode of action for novel small molecules.
